In each session, we focus on overcoming the underlying stress causing compensations, improving your posture, and enhancing emotional well-being. Integrated Techniques and Specialties
To reach your goals, I integrate a diverse array of techniques, including muscle monitoring, posture balancing, Chinese 5-Element acupressure, emotional balancing, sound healing, Energy Kinesiology, and therapeutic massage. Your session is designed to address your individual needs, ensuring a personalized and effective experience.
My Specialties Include: Touch For Health, Energy Kinesiology, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Acupressure, Sound Healing, Energy Coaching, and Connective Tissue Rehydration—a technique I've developed to release "stuck" areas in the body. Rehydration massage is particularly effective for relieving chronic pain, gaining extensibility, and dissolving stress.
Working with depth and intention, I bring about transformative change in your muscles, organs and connective tissue. Additionally, I integrate light and subtle energy work, primarily focusing on the Chinese Medicine Meridian System and Chakras to promote harmony and balance.
As a firm believer that healing is the integration of all parts back into the whole, I approach each session with compassion and dedication.
