Sara teaches Touch For Health classes for the International Kinesiology College providing continuing education (CEU) for massage therapists, acupuncturists, athletic trainers, chiropractors, and other wellness professionals, as well as classes for the public.

Sara graduated from Oregon School of Massage in 2004 and earned her Touch For Health Kinesiology Instructor certification from the International Kinesiology College in 2015. She opened Zenbrio House Wellness Center in 2018.
